A.K.Modern Establishment was founded in 1994 by Mr. Alhareth Abdulrazzaq Al-Khaled, Chairman as a private holding and management Company to optimize existing activities and develop new business ventures. The company along with associate partners manages activities that span over several types of businesses in the state of Kuwait and overseas.
