A.K.Modern Establishment was founded in 1994 by Mr. Alhareth Abdulrazzaq Al-Khaled, Chairman as a private holding and management Company to optimize existing activities and develop new business ventures. The company along with associate partners manages activities that span over several types of businesses in the state of Kuwait and overseas.
With over 500 employees (including all associate Companies), A. K. Modern Establishment, along with all its associate Companies covers a wide range of products & services in the field of Industrial Gas Manufacturing, Oil Industry related construction projects, Cutting and Safety Equipment, Medical products, Education sector, Restaurants, General Trading & Marketing and Investment & Real Estate development.
The Company is supported by a dedicated, qualified and experienced management team with service- oriented management techniques & efficient computerized systems under the leadership of Mr. Ashish Jain C.O.O

AK Modern has developed and successfully launched private label "ALRAYHAN" in beverages including honey and oil. Our team is always on the lookout to bring or develop new products that shall cater to the needs of the Kuwait market.
